In Loving Memory of
Missy Thomas
October 31, 1994- August 8, 2011
This was the hardest thing I had to do in my life Missy, I'm so sorry, and I hope you're out of pain.
I love you. Missy my child, she was my best friend and I could tell her anything and she would just sit there and listen to me. I got her when I was two years old, and I used to hold her upside down and walk with her everywhere!
Missy was a fast racing Whippet! She would always chase after the car I was in and catch up to me.
Life is hard without seeing her everyday. I used to come home and she would greet me at the door.
Now it feels like I'm coming home to an empty house.
Missy got the nickname Missy Mouse because she would chase mice and try to eat them.
The one year anniversary of Missy death is coming up in a couple of months.
I know it will be very difficult, but I will just hold her ashes, cry and tell her what has been going on the last her.
Missy died two months before my Grandpa, so I know that they are keeping each other company.
Thank you for all that you have done for myself, my family and my Missy Mouse.
Missy it wasn't goodbye, I'll see you soon....

"Tickles"
April 12, 1992 - July 20, 2011
Tickles came to me when my friends cat had kittens and
my son Steve who was 10 at the time wanted "the grey
cat with the pink nose." He wanted to bring him home
and call him Tickles because he would let you rub his
tummy. Over the next 19 years, Tickles was a good
little buddy who faithfully would wake up from wherever
he was napping and trot down the stairs, meowing all the
way to greet me. As young boys, my sons would carry
him around in backpacks, pull him across the floor in shoe
boxes, and hide him in the dresser drawer and tease him
with a feather till he would stick a paw out to grab it. Tickles disposition never wavered. He was always happy to socialize, and never ran to hide when strangers came to call. He hunted local birds and mice with great prowess, but even as he got older, he would allow my 3 year old grandson to rub his nose without ever so much as a hiss, bite or scratch.
This last year was tough for all of us, as his kidneys began to fail. But I cared for him like I cared for my own Dad as his health failed. In the end, it was a decision to let him go comfortably and unafraid in my arms.
Rest in Peace little buddy....you will never be forgotten. Love, Mommy and Daddy.
TAZ
Our little baby Taz was well named, he was so full of energy and life that even after we were tired and done playing he was still going at it. He never stopped playing until it was time for bed, even then it was always a while before he tuckered out.
We got him shortly aft another of our babies, Bandit, had died. We still have another named Casper.
We all will forever miss our little Taz and have more than loved calling him family.
His favorite things were lighters, water bottle, and remotes. We were always having to chase him to get them back!!
Taz was also the King of our apartment because he always checked all the corners
and he was always making sure that nothing changed.
It was not the greatest thing to have him die but we know that he is always here with us.
He will be greatly be missed.
We wanted to thank Forever Friends because without your help we would not have been able to keep our little Taz with us.
It means so much to me, Joseph & Casper, to take advantage of the services that Forever Friends offer.
Thank you Angel for the services that you offer, it means a great deal to us.
Thank you, Alexis, Joseph & Casper (our other ferret baby)
